Lunchtime Relaxation
Let go of the ‘doing’ and come into a place of complete surrender and deep rest.
Take 45 minutes out of your busy day and come to rest on your mat, with the comfort of large bolster cushions to gently stretch out your body and rest your mind.
Making sure you get a little time to yourself during the week can make all the difference to your wellbeing, leaving you feeling refreshed and restored.
Gentle floor based stretches, moments of meditation and some relaxing movements ... alternatively lie down and rest.
Make it extra cosy and bring a blanket, socks and an eye pillow, if you would like to.
