Service Description
Learn the skills and techniques that will help you develop your vinyasa yoga practice. 'Feel' in your body how yogic breathing techniques combined with bandhas (energetic locks) and specific muscle group activation will help you achieve smoother, more conscious movement patterns. In these workshop style classes you will work with a monthly theme. Themes are chosen to help yogis develop their movement style. Every body moves in its own way, every body can develop strength, flexibility and grace; it's all about mastery of the mind and body with your breath practice. Progressing your personal yoga practice takes time, patience and an understanding of your own body, learning to laugh so that we can carry on is vital! Nothing is impossible, there are no secrets and shortcuts, a light approach, time and dedication are the keys. There is no 'one path'. Each person will find some things easy and some more challenging, no two bodies or yoga journeys are the same. This is the beauty and also the challenge. So if you'd like to learn these crazy arm balances, twisty shapes and join the upside down crew, this is where to safely and happily lay your mat. Classes are for every body - be happy and open to learning some new skills which help you build strength and flexibility too :)

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations can be done online through your website profile or via the app. A class credit will be taken from your account if you cancel within 12 hours of the class starting. If you cancel within 12 hours of the class starting, you will not be able to reschedule. Cancelling helps those on the waitlist book a space. Thankyou Nicola
