Developed by Dulce Aguilar of The Yoga People, Mandala Vinyasa takes us on a journey around our mats in 360 degrees, working in unusual transitions along the way.  The shamanic teachings of Dulce’s own heritage in Mexico are woven throughout.


Four distinct vinyasa practices tie together the four natural elements of earth, water, fire and air, corresponding to four main areas of the body, relating to the chakras, our emotions and the Toltec calendar.  


Mood music creates the atmosphere in the room. Yin poses open and closes the practice whilst the mandala flows are intensely focussed movements with breath.  It is a joyful, harmonic, intelligent system for total integration and spiritual expansion.


An understanding of your body in yoga is helpful for connecting these powerful movements with confidence.
