Grounding
​
The intention of Grounding is an accessible hatha flow or vinyasa practice that creates a feeling of nurturing, familiarity and safety and as such, this is a great class for beginners and those returning to yoga.

The ordering of traditional poses and the focus on breath will stay the same. This builds your confidence and it becomes easier to see your personal progress. This method of teaching ensures that you receive safe guidance in your practice whilst building your mobility as you learn to move smoothly with breath (transition) from one pose to another.

This class explores basic sun salutations and prepares you for arm balances and inversions, although these are totally optional.
