The intention of Grounding is a truly accessible practice that creates a feeling of nurturing, familiarity and safety and as such, this is the perfect class for beginners and those returning to yoga.

The ordering of  traditional poses and the focus on breath will stay the same.  This builds your confidence and it becomes easier to see your personal progress.  This method of teaching ensures that you receive safe guidance in your practice whilst building your mobility as you learn to move smoothly with breath (transition), from one pose to another.

Although this class has no full vinyasas, arm balances or inversions, the building blocks for these will be safely explored.
