YIN YANG YOGA

True equilibrium, a perfect fusion of yang movement and yin stillness that brings balance to the mind, body and soul.  

 

During the class you receive the benefits of flow yoga, using a deep yogic breath to move through the poses in a fluid way, boosting circulation and warming up the whole body,   easing into the slower stillness of the yin poses brings the calming peace and deeper relaxation element to the class.

 

Harmonising the yin and yang aspects of yoga can be a truly soothing experience and is often a great way into learning a yin practice, or for beginners to enter the world of vinyasa yoga.
