​Welcoming New Beginnings at the Spring Equinox Spring Equinox marks the beginning of a new astronomical year.  This year I’m really excited to be co-creating a Half Day Retreat and ceremony for you with Jacqui of 'Good for the Soul Healing'.  As some of you already know Jacqui runs two monthly sound healings at our studio in Lancing.  Jacqui’s healing work with sound and crystals is highly regarded and she regularly sells out her circles.   ~ Yin yoga & relaxation ~ Channeled crystal altar and guidance  ~ Spellwork for magical new beginnings ~ Violet and Lavender tea meditation ~ Channeled Sound Healing ~ Divination with Oracle Cards Our intention is to welcome in Spring and celebrate the arrival of the new astronomical year, gently clearing away what has been and creating a sense of excitement, forwards movement and hope for the path ahead.  The element aligned with Spring is air, so we will hold intentions around clear communication, personal affirmations, abundance, clarity of thought and inspiration for creativity. Jacqui will be sharing her own deeply personal process of choosing crystals and creating the crystal altars and grids that both focus and amplify the healing in her circles.   Nicola will share the healing practice of Yin yoga and together we will create affirmations and a spell that aligns with Spring Equinox; this spellwork will be yours to take home and continue working with using your created affirmations. Violet and Lavender tea will infuse the afternoon with a sense of awakening, hope and positivity. Jacqui will draw us back to the circle for her sound healing using the tools and instruments that she is guided to work with on that day and then will share Oracle Cards for deeper guidance towards the close of the morning. ​ What to Bring: ~ A blanket and warm clothes, a bottle of water, your journal and pen. ~ A personal item that you would like to add to the collective altar to cleanse and energise it, this can be an heirloom, a crystal, a pack of cards, really anything of significant symbolic value to you; in this way it will become a power object.
