Celebrating Litha on The Summer Solstice 2025 & Our Studio’s 2 yr Birthday  ​ *Variations in pay for studio members and non members ​ The Summer Solstice always feels so full of excitement as we reach the highest point of solar energy in the earth’s 365 day cycle around the sun.   Time seems to expand, the sun’s golden energy illuminates our lives as the day of the longest daylight hours arrives. It’s a potent moment to reflect on the time from the previous winter solstice until now; are we nurturing ourselves as we truly deserve?  What soul lessons have we received?  We can ask for Grandfather Sun’s guidance as we whisper our intentions into the fire and ask to receive his powers of transformation.   We invoke the blessings of the Faerie Queen Aine at Midsummer.  The Faeirie Queen is a  goddess in her own right, her gifts are sovereignty, beauty, abundance, fertility and wealth.   I would love for you to join me in rituals for Midsummer on Saturday 21st July from 9am to midday.   Your ceremony will begin as the sunlight enters the space with a 2 hour yoga practice of transformational breathwork, yin yoga and a warming vinyasa practice.   Our rituals and spellwork to honour Aine and nature will be created together.   After your morning yoga, you will have a break with Rose tea and refreshments. Then, we will create an outdoor altar together in the garden here; these moments are sacred time and we will be invoking the guides and guardians of the space to work with us protecting our studio, protecting each other and giving our thanks and offerings for their continued guidance and support. The altar will remain year round and will be something for all students to connect with before and after any classes, providing a space for silence and meditation for all.   ​ As always, bring anything you'd like to add to the separate altar that will be inside, to charge it with the energy of the ceremony; keepsakes, photos, jewellery, crystals - anything of symbolic value to you personally is welcome.   I can’t wait to celebrate with you,   With love   Nicola x Spaces are limited to 10 in person.  Unlimited online for the yoga practice only.   PS: This ceremony will be taking place at the normally scheduled time of the Saturday morning Rocket class.  For those who attend Rocket at this time please be aware of the changes to your morning.
