YOGA TEACHER
MENTORING
Did you know that only 1 in 9 certified Yoga Teachers actually go on to teach yoga professionally?

Did you also know that it's possible to become so exchausted from teaching many classes a week that you lose your own practice and worse, your love of yoga itself?

It isn't possible to draw a single conclusion as to why these things transpire.
From experience of the yoga world I do know that the reasons are varied; for some the training focus is on their personal practice, some found the quality of the training didn't match the investment made, others felt the process left them with a distinct lack of confidence to stand at the front of the room or perhaps, just didn't feel ready.
Sometimes we lose our own compass in the many opinions and online world of yoga itself, feeling that we need training after training to be good enough.
Everyone's journey is different.

Whatever the reason for you, you have found this landing page and an opportunity to find the beauty and joy in bringing yoga back into your own heart and from there, taking it out into the world in a way that enriches and enhances your life.

The Art of Teaching Yoga is ready to launch this November 2024. With options for one day intensives with a specific focus or a Teacher's Retreat that offers a week covering all the skillsets, I hope that you will find that special something that helps you to bridge the gap.
